About Me
I work from home part time in Monifieth. Having turned my passion of baking into a small business, offering quality cakes for our local area. I am excited about learning recipes and new techniques to offer something tasty and different, which are affordable.
Mostly self taught but my confidence and enthusiasm for cake decorating was ignited when I attended a week long wedding cake course with Paul Bradford Sugarcraft School. I have more courses planned this year (2025) to offer a cake to remember for your special day.
